2 Tablespoons Honey
½ Cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Sesame Oil (Canola Oil will also work)
¼ Cup Teriyaki Sauce
5 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ginger, Finely Grated
1 Flank Steak 1 to 1 and ½ Pounds
